Arrest: Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Phibsborough Road, Dublin 7, 4th October 2023

Gardaí in Mountjoy Garda Station have arrested a man in relation to the investigation into a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday, 4th October 2023 at Cross Guns Bridge on the Phibsborough Road, Dublin 7.

The man (aged in his 20s) was arrested today, Thursday 2nd November 2023, and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin.

Investigations are ongoing.
