Gardaí are investigating the discharge of a firearm at a house at Corrach Bui, Rahoon Co. Galway on Friday 3rd March 2023.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:30am.
Damage was caused to the property and no persons were injured.
No arrests have been made at this time and investigations are ongoing.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been travelling through the Rahoon, Western Distributer Road or Westside areas of Galway on the morning and who may have witnessed the incident or have video footage, to contact Galway Garda Station on 091 538000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
