Court Appearance: Assaults and Burglary, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, 15th March 2023

Gardaí have charged a man (aged in his 40s) who was arrested in relation to two incidents of assaults and burglary that occurred at domestic residences on Wednesday, 15th March 2023. 

A male (aged in his 40s) was arrested yesterday, Thursday 16th March 2023, and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (Court No. 2) this morning, Friday 17th March 2023 at 10.30am.

Investigations are ongoing.
