Update (5) Murder of Mahamud Ilyas, 22 Years, Belgree Lane, Kilbride, Co.Meath - 10th December 2022

Gardaí investigating the murder of Mahamud Ilyas which occurred in Meath on 10th, December 2022, have made two further arrests.

This morning, Wednesday, 4th January 2022, two men, both aged in their 20s, were arrested by Gardaí.

They are currently detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

This brings to four, the total number of arrests made as part of this investigation.
