As part of ongoing criminal investigations into violent crime in the DMR (Dublin Metropolitan Region) North Division, two males (20’s and 40’s) have been arrested and detained at a Garda station in the Dublin area, under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
They are due to appear before the Courts of Criminal Justice, Dublin, this morning, Tuesday 19th December 2023, at approximately 10.30am.
The charges relate to recent robberies and attempted robberies across the division.
To date, this operation has led to the arrest of a total of 17 individuals connected to 22 separate incidents, resulting in 28 charges being brought before the Courts.
