Update: Burglaries in West County Donegal, January - August 2023

Gardaí in Ballyshannon have charged the man (aged in his 20s) who was arrested yesterday morning, Friday 4th August 2023, in relation to an ongoing investigation into a number of burglaries that occurred in West Donegal between January and August 2023.

He is due to appear before Letterkenny District Court on 31st August 2023.

The male teenage juvenile who was also arrested yesterday morning in relation to this investigation has been released without charge. A file will be prepared for consideration for admission to the Garda Youth Diversion Programme.

Investigations are ongoing.
