Update - An Garda Síochána investigation into certain matters referred by the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission

The male in his 60s has been released without charge from the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

A file will now be prepared for the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
