Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a fatal traffic collision between a tram and a pedestrian at Broombridge in Cabra, Co.Dublin in the early hours of this morning, Sunday, 18th September 2022.
The collision occurred shortly after 1am. A man, aged in his 50s, later passed away from his injuries. The man's body has been removed from the scene to the City Morgue where a post-mortem will take place in due course.
A technical examination of the scene has been completed by Forensic Collision Investigators.
