Gardaí investigating an assault on a female that occurred on the evening of Saturday, 8th October, 2022, in County Monaghan are appealing to the public for information.
Between the hours of 10pm and 11pm, a woman in her late 40s was assaulted in a licensed premises on Main Street, Castleblayney, County Monaghan. She received facial injuries during the course of this assault that later required medical treatment.
No arrests have been made at this stage of this ongoing investigation.
