Tá An Garda Síochána críochnaithe lena Scrúdú Fóiréinseach ar láthair na heachtra marfaigh i gCraoslach ar an 7ú Deireadh Fómhair 2022, in éineacht leis an tÚdarás Sláinte agus Sábháilteachta agus an Coimisiún um Rialáil Fóntais. Tá an t-imscrúdú iomlán ar chúis na heachtra seo fós ar siúl.

 

Le teacht i bhfeidhm ó 12:30i.n. ar an nDéardaoin 17ú Samhain 2022 bainfear na hatreoruithe tráchta bóithre atá i bhfeidhm sa cheantar timpeall an tsuímh.

 

Ba mhaith leis An nGarda Síochána buíochas a ghabháil leis an phobail as a gcúnamh agus a gcomhoibriú le linn na tréimhse scrúdaithe láithreach. Maireann ár smaointe le teaghlaigh na marbh agus leo siúd uilig a ghortaíodh agus a ghoill an teagmhas seo orthu.

 

 

 

An Garda Síochána have now concluded their Forensic Examination of the scene of the fatal occurrence in Creeslough on 7th October 2022, assisted by the Health and Safety Authority and the Commission for the Regulation of Utilities. The overall investigation into the cause of this occurrence is ongoing.

 

With effect from 12:30pm on Thursday 17th November 2022 the road traffic diversions previously in place around the scene will be removed.

 

An Garda Síochána would like to thank the community for their assistance and cooperation during the period of scene examination. Our thoughts continue to be with the families of the deceased, and all those injured and affected by this occurrence.
