Gardaí in Waterford are seeking assistance from the public in tracing the whereabouts of 40-year-old Philip Quigley, who is missing from his home in Ferrrybank, Waterford since the 7th of July, 2022.
Philip Quigley is described as approximately 5 ft. 10 inches in height, with short dark hair and blue/green eyes. It's not known what Philip was wearing at the time he went missing.
Gardaí and Philip’s family are concerned for his welfare.
