Following the discovery of a body of a male in Mullinavat, Co Kilkenny on Monday the 18th July, 2022. A Garda missing person appeal in respect of Philip Quigley (40), who was missing from Ferrybank, County Waterford since the 7th of July, 2022, has now been stood down.
