Gardaí have charged one man in relation to the €220,000 drug seizure following the search of a premises in Mountview, Dublin 15 on Friday 4th February, 2022.
Two men were detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 in Blanchardstown and one man (early 40s) was released without charge earlier today Sunday 6th February, 2022 and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The second man (late 40s) has been charged in relation to the incident and is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court, tomorrow morning Monday 7th February, 2022 at 10.30a.m.
