Update: Assault and Violent Disorder Incident - Patrickswell, Co. Limerick - 21st December, 2022

Gardaí investigating an incident of assault and violent disorder on Main Street, Patrickswell, on Wednesday 21st December 2022, have arrested a third person.

The man in his 50s was arrested yesterday, Friday 23rd December 2022 and was detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before a special sitting of Limerick District Court at 2:15pm today, Saturday 24th December 2022.
