Update (9): Arrest, Fatal Assault at Rathass Cemetery, Tralee, Co. Kerry, 5th October 2022.

As part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal assault in Rathass Cemetery, Tralee, Co. Kerry on Wednesday, 5th October 2022, Gardaí have arrested a man (30s) yesterday evening, Sunday, 11th December 2022.

The man is currently detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Tralee Garda Station.

Investigations are ongoing.
