The man arrested (30s) on Sunday evening 11th December, 2022 as part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal assault in Rathass Cemetery, Tralee, Co. Kerry on 5th October, 2022 has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
