Man Arrested and Charged as part of Pearse Street Investigation into Recent Thefts in Dublin

One man has been arrested and charged as part of an ongoing operation conducted by Pearse Street Gardaí who are investigating a number of recent thefts in Dublin.

The man, aged in his late teens, was arrested on the morning of Sunday 18th December 2022 and taken to Pearse Street Garda Station where he was detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

He has since been charged and is expected to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin, Court 3, at 10:30am this morning (Monday 19th December 2022).
