Gardaí investigating the incident of endangerment that occurred on the R403 close to the Barberstown roundabout in Straffan, Kildare late in the evening of Friday, 26th August, 2022, where a member of An Garda Síochána was injured have charged the arrested man.
He is due to appear before a special sitting of Naas District Court this evening Sunday 28th August, 2022 at 7.45p.m.
Gardaí continue to appeal for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the Straffan/Barberstown Cross areas and the Straffan Village area between 11:40pm and 12:15am are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
