Update 2: GNECB Investigation into Fraud Offences, 13/4/21.

Issue Date: 05/05/2021

The two men, aged in their 30s and 60s, who were arrested yesterday Tuesday, 4th May 2021 by Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) in relation to corruption offences, have been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
