Gardaí have seized €35,000 Cocaine and €140,000 cash following a search operation in the Kilmore Area, Dublin 5, Saturday 8th May 2021.
As part of the investigation into the sale and supply of controlled drugs, Gardaí from Ballymun and Clontarf attached to the DMR North Divisional Drugs Unit, searched a house on Kilbarron Avenue, Dublin 5 under warrant.
During the course of the search cocaine with an estimated value of €35,000 and €140,000 cash was recovered.
One man aged in his 60s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act 1996.
This investigation is ongoing.
