The man, aged in his 30s, injured in a stabbing incident in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, on 07/04/2021 has passed away in hospital.
The man, also aged in his 30s, who was arrested in relation to this incident on 07/04/2021 has been charged and appeared before the courts on 08/04/2021.
Gardaí are renewing their appeal for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward. They are particularly appealing to those with camera footage from the Main Street / Thomas Street area of Newbridge at the time of the incident to make it available to them.
