2nd Renewed Appeal - Fatal Road Traffic Collision in Killarney, Co. Kerry, 17th July 2020

Gardaí are renewing their appeal for witnesses in relation to a fatal road traffic collision that occurred at the Cleeney Roundabout, Killarney, Co. Kerry on the morning of July 17, 2020.

Investigators believe that a lady walking a small white dog may have witnessed this collision and is yet to come forward. Gardaí are appealing to this lady to make contact as her witness account is required to assist the investigation.

Anyone else who was in the Cleeney Roundabout area of Killarney at around 8.30am on July 17, 2020 is asked to contact Killarney Garda Station on 064-667 1160.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses in relation to a road traffic collision that occurred at the Cleeney Roundabout, Killarney, Co. Kerry this morning July 17, 2020.

At around 8.40am Gardaí received a report of a collision involving a truck and a female pedestrian, aged in her 50s.

The pedestrian has since been taken to Cork University Hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured following the collision.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who was in the Cleeney Roundabout area of Killarney at around 8.30am, particular road users with camera footage, to contact Killarney Garda Station on 064-667 1160.
