Extradition and Arrest of Male - Murder Investigation, Bridgefoot Street, Dublin 8, July 2016

Today Tuesday 19th May 2020, a man in his 30s was extradited from the United Kingdom on foot of a European Arrest Warrant and arrested by Gardaí upon his arrival at Baldonnell Aerodrome in connection with the murder of a man in his 50s at Bridgefoot Street, Dublin 8, on Friday 1st July 2016.

The man in his 30s was detained at Kevin Street Garda Station and has since been charged to appear before Dublin Metropolitan District Court Number 4, Criminal Courts of Justice, on Wednesday 20th May 2020 at 10.30am.

The extradition process was facilitated with assistance from the Irish Air Corps.
