Gardaí investigating an aggravated burglary incident that occurred at a property in the Ballyogan Road area of Carrickmines on 27/04/2020 have charged a man, aged in his 20s.
At approximately 5:15pm two men, one armed with a scissors, entered the property threatening and assaulting a man aged in his 60s. Another man, aged in 20s, present at the property was then forced to get into passenger seat of his own car while the now charged man drove causing damage to the car in the process.
This man has now been charged in relation to this incident. He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court 3, on 04/05/2020 at approximately 10:30am.
