Gardaí have charged a male youth in relation to an assault that occurred on Muskerry Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 yesterday morning, Friday 17th July, 2020.
A female youth was injured during the course of the incident. She has been taken to hospital for treatment of what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The male youth was arrested at the scene and detained at Clondalkin Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. He was released from the detention late last night and charged in relation to the incident. He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court Number 2, this morning, Saturday 18th July, 2020 at 10.30a.m.
