Gardaí have arrested a man in his 30s this morning, Thursday, 10th December, 2020, as part of the investigation into the unexplained death of a man in his 20s that occurred on Saturday, 29th August, 2020, outside a premises on the Muckross Road in Killarney, County Kerry.
This man is currently detained at Killarney Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The two men (aged in their 20s and 40s) that were arrested on the morning of Wednesday, 9th December, 2020, have been released without charge and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The man arrested this morning is the fifth person to date who has been arrested as part of this investigation.
