Gardaí have arrested and charged a man in his 30s in relation to a burglary that occurred at an apartment in Farrenree, Co Cork on 19th October, 2019.
Shortly after 9pm, Gardaí received a report of a possible burglary in progress in Farrenree. Gardaí from Watercourse Road, who were patrolling the area at the time, attended the scene and arrested a man in his 30s. Property that was stolen during the incident was also recovered.
The man was brought to Mayfield Garda Station and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. He has since been charged and is due to appear before Cork City District Court tomorrow, 21st October, 2019 at 10.30am.
