Gardaí investigating incidents (previous press releases below refer) in Arthurstown Co Louth on the 9th October 2019, have charged a male in his 30s.
The man is scheduled to appear before Drogheda District Court this afternoon, 13th October 2019 at 5pmcharged in relation to the incident.

A male in his early 30’s is this morning, 11/10/2019, in Garda custody and is currently detained under section 30 Offences Against the State Act in Drogheda Garda Station.
This arrest follows an intense Garda operation in the County Louth area involving Gardaí (uniform /plainclothes) from Louth Garda Divisions, supported by the Regional Armed Support Unit and National units and also cross border co-operation with our colleagues in the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
No further action is required by the public at this time.
Speaking this morning at Drogheda Garda Station, Chief Superintendent Christy Mangan expressed his thanks to the public and community in County Louth for their assistance and ongoing support.
