Update - Drugs Seizure and Arrest in Tallaght, Dublin 24 on the 24/5/19 - Cannabis Herb €135,000
The man is his 30s arrested by Gardaí attached to the Tallaght District Drugs Unit, investigating the drugs seizure in the Brookview Estate in Tallaght on Friday afternoon 24th May, 2019 is expected to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court Number 2 this morning Saturday 25th May, 2019 at 10.30am charged in connection with this case.

As part of an operation by Gardaí attached to the Tallaght District Drugs Unit two men were intercepted in the Brookview Estate in Tallaght this afternoon, Friday May 24th 2019.
During the course of a search Cannabis Herb (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €135,000 was seized. One male in his 30s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 – Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking Act) 1996 in relation to this investigation.
Investigations are continuing.
