Update Court Appearance - Fatal Fire in Ballyjamesduff, Cavan on the 2/8/18.
A man in his 30s is expected to appear before Virginia District Court tomorrow morning, Friday 10th May 2019 charged in connection with this investigation.

Gardaí investigating the death of Oliver Murray, 59 years of age that occurred at a house fire in Derrylurgan, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, on 2nd August, 2018 at approximately 3am have made two arrests.
Two men (37 & 51 years) were arrested in relation to this homicide this morning and are being detained at Ballyjamesduff Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The fatal fire has now been upgraded to a homicide investigation.
