OPERATION STRATUS Gardaí in Drogheda Seize Cocaine and Cannabis €42k
On the 12th May 2019 as part of Operation Stratus Gardaí searched a house in the Hill View area of Drogheda town.
During the course of the search Gardaí recovered Cocaine with an estimated street value of €20k along with Cannabis Herb valued at €22k (analysis pending). Other paraphernalia including weighing equipment and documentation was also seized.
During a follow up operation a man aged his late teens was arrested in the Drogheda area. He is currently detained for questioning under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Drogheda Garda Station and can be held for up to 24 hours.
