Court Appearance - Conspiracy to Murder - 15/5/19
On Monday 13th May 2019, as part of ongoing investigations being conducted by Special Crime Operations, a man aged 35 was arrested in relation to serious feud related organised crime activity in the Dublin Region. The arrested man was detained pursuant to Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Irishtown.
This man has subsequently been charged with an offence of Conspiracy to Murder pursuant to Section 71 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006. This man is due to appear in Dublin District Court 1, Criminal Courts of Justice, at 10.30am this morning, Wednesday 15th May 2019.
