Gardaí in Shankill investigating the shooting incident that occurred at Ballyogan Park, Carrickmines on Sunday 3rd March, 2019 have arrested and charged a man.
The incident took place when two men called to a house at Ballyogan Park and fired a number of shots at the windows of a house before leaving the scene on foot. None of the occupants of the house were injured.
One man (mid 30s) was arrested yesterday morning, Saturday 9th March, 2019 under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act, 1939 and detained at Shankill Garda Station. He has been charged in relation to the incident and is due to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court on Monday morning, 11th March, 2019 at 10.30a.m.
