Gardaí attended the scene of a fatal road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a car at Mulpheddar, Clonard, Co Meath that occurred at approximately 2pm today Wednesday 17th July 2019. The motorcyclist, a male in his early 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene and was removed to Navan Hospital where a post mortem is due to take place.
Forensic Collision Investigators are at the scene. The road is currently closed with local diversions in place.
