A man in his late 20s is due to appear before Trim District Court today, Thursday 11th July, 2019 charged in connection to the investigation into the use of skimming devices. The Romanian national will be charged at 10.30a.m. this morning.

Gardaí from the Garda National Ecomonic Crime Bureau assisted by Gardaí from Navan carried out a search of a house on Slane Road, Navan, Co. Meath this morning, Monday 4th March, 2019 and arrested two men.
Gardaí seized equipment for ATM skimming including a fake ATM front, hard drives, receiving devices, soldering equipment, laptops, about 500 blank cards to be used for storing data copied at ATMs, sat navs, pin hold cameras, skimming devices and various ATM skimming paraphernalia.
The two men both Romanian nationals, (late 40s and late 20s) were arrested at the scene and are currently detained at Navan Garda Station persuant to Section 50 of Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

Two men are due to appear before the Dublin District Court at the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon at 4.30pm charged in connection to the investigating into the use of skimming devices. The men were arrested in Navan, Co. Meath on 4th March 2019.
