Both men arrested in relation to the investigation into the death of Oliver Murray that occurred at a house fire in Derrylurgan, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, on 2nd August 2018, have been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardaí investigating the death of Oliver Murray, (59 years) that occurred at a house fire in Derrylurgan, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, on 2nd August 2019 at approximately 3am have made two arrests.
Two men (37 & 51 years) were arrested in relation to this homicide this morning and are being detained at Bailieborough Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The fatal fire has now been upgraded to a homicide investigation.
