Gardaí at Arklow are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Vale Road Arklow at approximately 9.40am last night, Monday 25th February 2019.
A 19 year old male was fatally injured when the car he was a front seat passenger in stuck a ditch, the 18 year old male driver was injured. There were no other occupants in the car.
This stretch of road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
