Gardaí have arrested a man in his 30s and seized approximately €34,000 worth of suspected drugs at an apartment on Grattan Street, Co. Cork.
Shortly before 10am, Gardaí from the regular unit in Anglesea Street executed a search warrant at an apartment on Grattan Street and discovered a grow house. During the course of the search, Gardaí seized suspected cannabis plants, cannabis herb, cocaine, ecstasy tablets, and LSD worth an estimated €34,000. All of the suspected drugs will now be sent for analysis.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and brought to Bridewell Garda Station. He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
