The "Slowdown” operation commenced at 7:00am this morning (25/5/2018) and will continue until 7:00am Saturday morning. Since the operation commenced An Garda Síochána and GoSafe have checked the speed of in excess of 80,000 vehicles. 121 vehicles have been detected travelling in excess of the applicable speed limit.
