Gardaí at Store St in Dublin have seized one kilo of Cannabis herb and arrested two men as part of an operation yesterday, Wednesday 16th May 2018.
Gardaí on patrol on Parnell St observed two men acting suspiciously at the above location, both men were observed exchanging ruck sacks and were immediately stopped and searched by Gardaí. During the course of this search Cannabis herb with an estimated street value of €100,000 was seized.
Both men were arrested and detained at Store St Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2- Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
