Court appearance - Kerry death

A man in his 20s is expected to appear at a sitting of Tralee District Court this afternoon 24th May 2018 at 4pm, charged in relation to the death of a 33 year old man in Caherciveen, Co Kerry on  Wednesday May 23rd 2018.

The victim a 33-year-old man received serious stab wounds and was removed by ambulance to University Hospital in Kerry where he was pronounced dead.   
   
A 20-year-old man was arrested a short time later in connection with this investigation and was  detained at Killarney Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
