Two men 25 years and 27 years arrested on 15/3/18 as part of an intelligence led operation (Previous Press Release refers) have been released without charge.
A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

As a result of an intelligence led operation conducted by Garda Detectives from Enniscorthy Co Wexford assisted by Armed Support Units from the South Eastern Region and Special Crime Operations, two men have been arrested and firearms and ammunition seized.
At approximately 00.45hrs this morning, Thursday March 15th 2018 Gardaí challenged a number of men exiting vehicles in a field at Millands, Gorey Co Wexford. One man (27yrs) was arrested at the scene and two firearms and a quantity of ammunition was recovered in a car. He is currently detained at Enniscorthy Garda Station under the provisions of Section 30 – Offences Against the State Act 1939/98.
In a follow up operation in the Gorey area a second man (25yrs) was arrested in connection with this investigation and he is currently detained at Gorey Garda Station under the provisions of Section 30 – Offences Against the State Act 1939/98.
Three cars have been seized as a result of this investigation.
Investigations are ongoing.
