As part of an on-going investigation by the Criminal Assets Bureau into a suspected organised crime gang based in West Dublin, CAB Bureau Officers (Detective Gardai and Revenue Customs Bureau Officers attached to CAB) carried out a Customs Control visit at a motor dealership in the Killeen Road area, Fox and Geese, Dublin 10 this morning.
10 high value sports utility vehicles have been detained by Officers of the Criminal Assets Bureau on suspicion of VRT related offences. The vehicles include 8 high value Range Rovers and 2 BMW X5’s. Conservatively those vehicles are worth in excess of €70,000 each.
