Gardaí in Cashel are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Ardmayle, Cashel, Co. Tipperary late last night, Friday 6th April, 2018.
At approximately 23.30p.m. the driver (51 years) was fatally injured when his car hit a fence. His body has since been removed to the mortuary in South Tipperary General Hospital.
The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by the Garda forensic collision investigators, who are en route. Local diversions are in place.
