Media Briefing Westmeath Division Bank Holiday Traffic & Crime Prevention Operation

Gardaí in Westmeath Garda Division will carrying out a major Traffic and Crime Prevention Operation this Bank Holiday weekend.

The focus of this operation will be creating a very visible Garda Presence on major routes but also on a number of national and regional routes. On Friday 2nd June traffic travelling west bound to both the West and North West will encounter a very visible Garda presence and on Monday 5th the focus will be on traffic travelling East.

Gardaí will hold a media briefing on Friday 2nd June 2017 at 12.30pm in Tyrellspass GAA Club, Co. Westmeath.
