Fatal road traffic collision in Rathfarnham, Dublin on the 20/6/17

Gardaí at Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision on Butterfield Park, Rathfarnham on Monday June 20th 2017 at approximately 8.10am.

The collision involved a male cyclist in his 50s and a car. The cyclist received serious injuries and was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he was pronounced dead last night as a result of injuries sustained in this collision.

Garda Forensic Collision Investigators examined the scene. The local Coroner has been notified.
