Incident at Brookview Close, Tallaght 13th April 2017

Gardaí at Tallaght are investigating an incident which occurred at Brookview Close, Tallaght at approximately 7pm this evening (13/4/17). A man in his 30’s was struck by a car at this location and was pronounced dead a short time later.

The driver of the car left the scene on foot. The road is currently closed pending a Garda forensic collision examination. The Coroner has been notified. No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
