Gardai in Swords wish to seek the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 27 year old Marcel Tiba who is missing from Swords since approximately 6.30pm on the 2/11/16.
Marcel is described as being approximately 5’ 7’’ tall, of slim build and with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a ’M’ tattoo on the left side of his neck. When last seen he was wearing a dark jacket, red jumper, blue jeans, dark coloured shoes and carrying a dark backpack type bag. Marcel is a Romanian National.
