Man charged - seizure of ammunition on the 8/11/16

Gardaí have charged a man, 23 years, in connection with the discovery and seizure of ammunition.

He is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court 1 tomorrow morning, Wednesday 9th November 2016 at 10.30am.
 
The man was arrested by Gardaí attached to the Special Detective Unit following the search of a car and the discovery of a quantity of ammunition on the Finglas Road, Dublin yesterday evening, Monday 7th November 2016. He was detained at Finglas Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 as amended. He remains in Garda custody.
