Gardai at Kevin Street in Dublin are investigating a fatal stabbing which occurred at Robinsons Court, Cork Street, Dublin 8 this afternoon (6/11/16)
At approximately 2.30pm today Gardaí were alerted that a male in his 60’s had received serious stab wounds. He was taken by Ambulance to St James Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination and the offices of the State Pathologist have been notified. The Garda Technical Bureau is scheduled to attend the scene this afternoon.
Investigations are continuing.
